Your goal is to get enough money to reach the target each level before you run out of time. You can do this by mining items in space. Valuable minerals are worth the most, but metal junk and asteroids are worth very little, so avoid them.
Look out for bonus items such as comets and UFOs. Wait for the beam to be facing the right direction, then press space bar to use it. Various upgrades will be available during the game. use the X key to fire torpedoes.
